About the Role
Join Schneider Electric's Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) business and our market-leading One Solution delivery model, bringing together power, cooling, digital infrastructure, software, services, and sustainability solutions to support the world's largest cloud, hyperscale, and colocation customers.
As the Portfolio Delivery Manager, you will lead a portfolio of mission-critical data centre and cloud infrastructure projects across Australia and APAC, ensuring exceptional delivery performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing project delivery teams, driving portfolio performance, and ensuring Schneider Electric continues to deliver world-class outcomes for some of the industry's most strategic customers. Working closely with Sales, Project Directors, Operations, Engineering, Services, and Executive Leadership teams, you will play a critical role in shaping delivery strategy, strengthening organisational capability, and supporting the continued expansion of the Cloud & Service Provider business.
What You Will Do

Lead and oversee a portfolio of cloud, hyperscale, colocation, and data centre projects, ensuring successful delivery against safety, quality, schedule, financial, and customer objectives.

Drive portfolio governance, performance management, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring strong operational and commercial outcomes across multiple programs.

Lead, coach, and develop Project Directors, Project Managers, and delivery teams, building a high-performing culture focused on accountability, customer success, and continuous improvement.

Own portfolio-level financial performance, including revenue forecasting, profitability, resource planning, utilisation, and risk management.

Partner with strategic customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and long-term customer satisfaction.

Provide leadership and oversight on major project risks, escalations, commercial matters, and resource challenges.

Collaborate with Sales and Segment leadership teams to support business growth, strategic account planning, major pursuits, and future delivery requirements.

Drive operational excellence by strengthening governance, delivery frameworks, resource planning, and best-practice execution across the portfolio.

Contribute to organisational planning, capability development, succession planning, and long-term growth strategies for the C&SP delivery organisation.

About You
-
Extensive experience leading project portfolios, delivery organisations, or major infrastructure programs within data centres, critical infrastructure, electrical, engineering, construction, or technology sectors.

Proven success managing senior project leaders and delivering large-scale, complex customer programs.

Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for portfolio performance, forecasting, resource planning, profitability, and risk management.

Deep understanding of data centre delivery, mission-critical infrastructure, hyperscale customers, and large capital projects.

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and organisational capability-building skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer outcomes, delivery excellence, and business performance.

Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business, or related tertiary qualification preferred.
