Who Are We?
If it’s big, loud, and unforgettable in SA (and often across Australia and internationally), chances are we’re behind it. AFL Gather Round? That was us. LIV Golf’s Australian debut? Check. Dom Dolla touring Australia? Ours. Cold Chisel at the Adelaide 500? You bet.
We also deliver immersive experiences like Vivid Sydney, Parrtjima Alice Springs, and Light Cycles Kyoto, alongside major arts festivals including Adelaide Festival and Adelaide Fringe.
We’re more than a leading AV company—we’re a trusted production partner known for delivering when it counts. With a team of 80+ passionate professionals, we don’t just supply technology—we create moments that move people.
Our purpose: Master the Experience. No excuses. No exceptions.

- Develop and implement technical and operational strategies to ensure projects align with business objectives and client expectations

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing Novatech in negotiations, briefings, and stakeholder engagements
- Lead, support, and manage technical teams by contributing to staff selection, training, development, and performance management
- Collaborate closely with Operations to align staffing, scheduling, and logistics for seamless delivery
- Drive continuous improvement, safety, and compliance with WHS standards and company policies
This is a 24/7 industry. Flexibility is essential, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays—because events don’t wait, and neither do we.
