We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to Associate to join our Commercial Insurance (CTP) team in Sydney working with Larissa Mepstead.
About the team and the work
National team representing licensed insurers and scheme agents in every state and territory in Australia.
The team manage claim portfolios and defend claims. They are experts in major and catastrophic, intricate medical and fraudulent claims, complex liability disputes and damages.
The team support our clients in designing and implementing claims systems, help with strategic audits as well as review risk analysis and reserves.
This practice is high volume and will allow you to become a subject matter expert in this area of law through support from senior team members.
You will be mentored and encouraged to develop your skills whilst supporting the senior members of the team.

About you
Prior experience gained in an insurance law or litigation practice.
Plaintiff and in-house experience will be considered.
Previous experience in personal injury and CTP claims is highly regarded.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise their time with proven file management skills.
