Overview
Your Role
We are currently searching for dedicated Administration Assistants to work within our Self-Insurance team. These positions will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with hybrid flexibility of WFH and in our Brisbane CBD office.
How you'll make an impact
You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following:

Manage team inbox
-
Register new Workers Compensation claims
-
Assign medical reports to the individual document subfolders

Assign invoices to the individual invoice subfolders
-
Sending payments to the payments team
-
Processing invoices
-
Responding to remittance queries/checking invoice status
About you
We’re interested in hearing from people who possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Attention to detail

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft applications

Tech savvy

Quick learner
-
Ability to work autonomously

Experience within Workers Compensation (not required but favourable)
