We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator/Administrator to support the Senior Leadership team ensuring the efficient operation of the office and helping leaders focus on key business priorities.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at coordinating activities, discretion, professionalism, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

What you’ll do

Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
Manage office facilities and leases across the business.
Manage the Company motor vehicle fleet.
Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests.
Coordinate special projects and support business initiatives as required.
Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and administrative processes.
Maintain efficient filing systems, records, and documentation.

What you’ll have

Proven experience as an Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Self driven
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
