We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive
Business Coordinator/Administrator to support the Senior Leadership team ensuring the efficient operation of the office and helping leaders focus on key business priorities.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at coordinating activities, discretion, professionalism, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

What you’ll do
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
- Manage office facilities and leases across the business.
- Manage the Company motor vehicle fleet.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests.
- Coordinate special projects and support business initiatives as required.
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and administrative processes.
- Maintain efficient filing systems, records, and documentation.
What you’ll have
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self driven
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
