About Us

Mon + Co is a National Visual Merchandising agency that delivers VM solutions and excellence through innovation, passion and integrity. We are a female-led start-up with a remote workforce of visual merchandisers working with brands like The North Face, Helly Hansen, Columbia, O’Neill and Sea to Summit.

We work collaboratively with an array of global brands across all retail sectors and work closely with them to elevate their product and stores to new levels to ensure they stay ahead of the ever-changing retail climate.

The role of Team Leader + Client Support is a part-time hybrid role working remotely, in-store and in-office. This role is suited to someone who has a wealth of experience in a similar role, ready to make their mark in a business experiencing exciting growth.

The Role

The Team Leader + Client Support is responsible for being the conduit between our visual merchandising team and the clients we service. They ensure the needs of our clients are exceeded by our team through effective communication, planning, scheduling, and quality checking.

This is a leadership role within Mon + Co Agency. The Team Leader + Client Support is responsible for training, mentoring and output of the VM team, ensuring that the team is meeting the expectations of the Company and of the Clients that we service. The Team Leader + Client Support is responsible for implementing performance procedures for the VM team and reports on all team matters to the Director.

This role encompasses in-store visual merchandising and is also responsible for the operational requirements of Mon + Co around the VM team, including store report checking, training, mentoring and scheduling.

About you

Education, Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years in an operational role with a focus on scheduling remote teams is ideal.
Minimum of 5+ years Visual Merchandising/Retail Management experience

Skills & Experience

Strong VM skills, implementing and executing VM briefs.
Strong planning, multi-tasking and organisational skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Intermediate computing skills with the ability to leverage systems and processes – including Google Workspace, Excel and our Field Management Software.
Management experience – leading large remote teams
Proven team management experience ideally with remote team
Performance Management experience – providing feedback and the disciplinary process
