About the Role

We now have the opportunity for a Project Coordinator – Structural Integrity to join our team in a hybrid role working from our Perth CBD Head Office as well as on site. You will be responsible for leading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key project deliverables with responsibilities including:

Coordinating structural integrity, remediation, and asset maintenance projects, ensuring delivery aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements
Supporting project planning through development of scopes, methodologies, estimates, schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments
Managing procurement, logistics, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution and resource availability
Monitoring project performance, costs, milestones, and variations, proactively addressing risks, delays, and commercial impacts
Maintaining and reviewing engineering, quality, and project documentation, including client deliverables, reporting, and project close-out packs
Building strong stakeholder relationships whilst driving continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Relevant Trade or Engineering qualification
Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and structural integrity, asset integrity, or reliability programs in heavy industry environments
Experience in a multidisciplinary project environment
The ability to manage and execute end to end deliverables on multiple projects
Flexible and able to work away as required
A current Australian Driver's Licence
