Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is one of Australia's newest and most exciting lithium producers. Our Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation in Western Australia is a world-class, tier-one asset with a 20+ year mine life — and we're now building on that foundation through a significant staged underground expansion.

The expansion is underway. Underground development of the Northwest Flats orebody is progressing, infrastructure programs are accelerating, and a dedicated project team is being assembled to deliver the next phase of Liontown's growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for Liontown — presenting a professional and welcoming front of house for every visitor, caller, and employee at our West Perth head office. It’s a varied role at the heart of the office, keeping reception and shared spaces running smoothly day to day.

Alongside front of house, you’ll provide reliable administrative support across the wider business — the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps the corporate office organised and lets our teams stay focused on delivering operations at Kathleen Valley.

What You'll Be Doing

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and contractors courteously, administer the visitor sign-in and sign-out system, issue access passes in line with security procedures, and ensure visitors are briefed on safety and evacuation procedures on arrival
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly, take accurate messages, respond to general enquiries, and manage the general enquiries inbox
Maintain a tidy, professional, and well-presented reception, foyer, and meeting room environment
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Services team, including coordinating meeting room bookings, room set-ups, catering and refreshments, and support for internal events, workshops, and visitor programs
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, and coordinate outgoing mail and couriers
Order and manage office supplies, kitchen consumables, and stationery, and liaise with building management and external suppliers on office services, access, and minor maintenance

What We're Looking For

Experience in a reception, front of house, or customer-facing role — smaller reception roles, and hospitality or other customer-facing backgrounds, are all welcome
A genuine people person — approachable, friendly, and welcoming — with the professional, corporate presentation to be the front of house for Liontown’s head office
A natural multitasker who stays composed when prioritising competing and sometimes conflicting requests, with strong verbal and written communication and sound organisational and time-management skills
Reliable and committed to the role, whether you’re early in your career and eager to learn or experienced and seeking a stable, long-term reception position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), with confidence learning new systems, and a high attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
Eligibility to work in Australia; current First Aid certification and/or fire warden training (desirable)
