A great opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Motor Claims team as a Motor Claims Advisor. This role will be ideal for someone who wants to drive innovation in the motor insurance sector and lead an exciting new product offering.

You will drive and coordinate the claims service of our new motor insurance product, using your interest and knowledge in motor insurance to grow our customer base. Consulting with customers directly, you will provide exceptional service assisting with claims queries from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity to become a subject matter expert as you drive the delivery of a superior customer experience at the time of need. Important to your success - let us grow together

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the insurance /finance sector managing claims (Motor Claims experience highly desirable)

Strong customer service experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
An analytical mindset and attention to detail
High level of initiative and ability to prioritise tasks in an agile environment
