About the Role:
This specialist BA role focuses on customer communications and document management within the CI Transformation program. You will work with the Quadient Inspire platform to ensure accurate, compliant document templates for policy documents, certificates and customer correspondence.
Meticulous attention to detail is essential — you will be the quality gate for every customer-facing document produced by our transformed platforms. You will discover, interpret and document business requirements, working closely with Quadient developers, regulatory teams and business SMEs to deliver high-quality document outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover, interpret and document business requirements for customer communications.
- Work closely with Quadient developers to define document template specifications.
- Review and QA Quadient document templates for accuracy, formatting and regulatory compliance.
- Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for document template changes.
- Perform QA validation on delivered user stories and template outputs.
- Map data fields from policy administration systems to document templates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards in all customer-facing documents.
- Coordinate with business SMEs on document content and approval workflows.
- Maintain a document template inventory and change log.
