Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales (Greensborough, VIC)

About the role

The Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales role is a Full-time position, based at Greensborough, VIC. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock business and assist in the customer service and warehouse duties.

In this role you will:

Assist in the day-to-day activities within the warehouse and in store.
Assist in the day-to-day re-stocking of the showroom and warehouse.
Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
A forklift licence is required to perform warehouse duties safely.
Loading and unloading of stock from a bulk truck (forklift licence required).

The Store's standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm. Your ordinary hours of work will be 38 hours per week, commencing at 6:00am. You may be required to work additional hours to meet operational requirements. Any hours worked beyond 38 hours per week will be paid in accordance with applicable overtime provisions providing you with the opportunity to earn additional income.
