Ventia is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified tradespeople for casual employment opportunities at Yallourn Power Station.

The Opportunity:

Based at Yallourn Power Station, you will join our casual workforce pool, supporting planned maintenance and outage activities.

We are seeking candidates with a background in heavy industry or power generation who are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency and reliability across the following roles:

Electricians
Pressure Welders
Boilermakers
Fitters
Riggers
Scaffolders

About You

You will demonstrate:

Proven experience in maintenance and outage work within heavy industry or similar environments
A proactive and safety-focused approach to all tasks
Strong work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and project requirements
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
A positive attitude and commitment to contributing to team success

High Risk Work Licence
Confined Space Certificate (valid within a three year period)
Work Safely at Heights Certificate (valid within a three year period)
