The Winslow Group is a renowned civil construction company which operates across Metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, Northern New South Wales, and Queensland. About the role:

Supervising and leading pipe-laying/drainage crews on-site.
Planning and coordinating daily work schedules.
Ensuring pipes and pits are laid/built to design specifications and quality standards.
Operating and overseeing machinery and tools used in pipe installation.
Conducting site safety checks and ensuring adherence to WHS policies.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and site workers to ensure smooth operations.
Training and mentoring team members to develop skills and efficiency.

About you:

Proven experience as a Pipe Layer Leading Hand or Supervisor in civil construction.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of pipe-laying techniques, site preparation, and construction drawings.
Experience operating relevant machinery and tools.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A General Construction Induction card (white card)
A valid driver’s licence
Relevant industry certifications including but not limited to Certificate III in Pipe Laying, Dogman ticket
Knowledge/experience in manhole and pit construction
PE, PVC and DICL accreditations
