Full Job Description

The Role.

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our Perth branch and support the efficient coordination of service operations. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer support and administration. Working closely with internal teams and external customers, you will play a key role in maintaining service quality, supporting operational reporting, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities.

In this role you will be responsible for the following.

Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing and regular communication with external customers.
Liaise with Service Coordinators to optimise customer engagement and maximise technician utilisation.
Report equipment issues identified at customer sites to the Service Coordinator for timely resolution.
Maintain and provide regular reports to the Service Manager on PMP status and future forecasts.
Conduct analysis and reporting of customer KPIs and assist with auditing and maintaining accurate records.
Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service and support.
Manage customer complaints through to resolution, including follow-up and feedback to ensure satisfactory outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and experience.

Certificate II or III in Business Administration is highly regarded but not essential.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
High level of computer literacy with excellent data entry and typing skills.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Professional presentation and telephone manner at all times.
Strong team player with well-developed interpersonal and office administration skills.
