The Role
The Stadium Coordinator assists the Venus Manager in the management and operation of programs and services for the maximum benefit of the community.
The coordinator provides leadership and direction to program staff and ensures the delivery of programs to the highest standard possible. This position is full time; however, part time will be considered, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
Key Accountability

Develop, market and evaluate a range of program initiatives.

Investigate a range of under serviced markets with a view to increasing the Centre’s program base.

Objectively review programs to ascertain benchmarks for efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction and introduce strategies to work toward these benchmarks.

To effectively supervise including the rostering of all delegated program delivery staff.

Provide adequate on the job training and supervision for Program Assistants''
Skills & Attributes
-
Friendly, helpful and energetic work style
-
2 years previous experience in a similar position
-
Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
-
Intermediate computer skills including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in the leisure industry is desirable

Current CPR Certificate*

Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)*

This is a full-time opportunity; the successful applicant will be available to work across a span of hours across the week, including weekend work.
