What will you be doing?

Overall Operations Management

Take full responsibility for the branch’s overall business results and operational management, and oversee all daily affairs of the branch.

Target & Budget Management

Receive and cascade regional/headquarters targets; lead the breakdown of annual budgets and key performance indicators; assign staged tasks and develop corresponding action plans.

Target Progress Tracking

Conduct weekly tracking, review, and corrective actions on all targets related to business performance, operations, expansion, and costs.

Strategy Implementation & Optimization

Participate in regional and headquarters discussions and decision-making on product, marketing, pricing, and other strategies; optimize local execution based on market conditions.

Store Expansion Management

Monitor site selection progress and location quality; timely adjust expansion direction; optimize the entire process from site selection to store opening to improve opening efficiency.

Warehouse, Distribution & Inventory Control

Monitor warehousing and distribution costs; actively participate in monthly inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and cost controllability.

Branch Cost Control

Take overall responsibility for branch costs, with a focus on controlling personnel costs, warehouse & distribution costs, and expenses related to office, accommodation, and travel.

Profit Target Achievement

Ensure the branch achieves its profit targets through comprehensive management, including business improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancement.

Public Relations Maintenance

Maintain relationships with local government, regulators, property management, and external partners to ensure a stable external operating environment.

Compliant Operations Management

Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across operations, finance, taxation, employment, and store management to mitigate risks.

Supply Chain & Ordering Management

Coordinate with supply chain planning; review and confirm monthly central warehouse order quantities to maintain reasonable inventory levels and stable supply.

Product Management & New Product Launch

Coordinate with the Product Management Department to confirm monthly new product launch plans and corresponding raw material ordering plans.

Overseas Business Collaboration

Coordinate with the overseas growth team to confirm specific implementation plans for overseas marketing strategies.

Essential requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience in coffee shops or chain-store operations is preferred
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills
Must have full-time work rights (38 hours per week) and hold a valid work visa, permanent residency (PR), or Australian citizenship.

Pay: $72,000.00 per year
