Location negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability)

Permanent Full-time (35 hours per week)

$145,605 - $160,719 salary package - includes base salary ($128,284 - $141,600), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This position provides specialist curriculum systems expertise to support governance, regulatory compliance, organisational decision-making and continuous improvement across TAFE NSW. As a recognised subject matter expert, the role develops and maintains curriculum governance frameworks, provides advice on curriculum systems and training products, ensures compliance with VET regulatory requirements, and leads the resolution of complex curriculum and data integrity issues. The position also delivers assurance, analysis and reporting activities, contributes expertise to projects and change initiatives, and drives system and process improvements to enhance organisational capability, service quality and compliance outcomes.

About you

The successful candidate will possess:

A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
Demonstrated experience in working within curriculum management systems including managing projects and implementing quality assurance activities and processes
A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
