Occupational Therapist - New Graduate / Early Career

Spearwood, WA

As an Occupational Therapist in our Spearwood clinic, you will be responsible for maintaining a mixed caseload, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community! Our purpose is clear, and we want you to work with a team of Allied Health Professionals with unwavering determination, pursuing excellence and pushing boundaries to improve lives and lead in our field! About your new role:

Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to our participants
Delivering high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.
Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.
Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
