Job Description
Luxury Escapes is looking for a Brand & Campaigns Manager to lead campaigns from brief to market with clarity, pace and impact.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own the campaign roadmap and coordinate priorities across creative, performance, commercial, CRM and wider marketing teams.
You’ll bring structure to complex projects, keep stakeholders and partners aligned, manage timelines and deliverables, anticipate risks, and ensure campaigns, events and brand initiatives launch smoothly and effectively.
You will be responsible for:
- Own and manage the brand marketing calendar, aligning campaigns to commercial objectives, seasonal priorities and key trading moments.

Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, from strategic brief and creative ideation through to production, launch and execution.

Facilitate cross-functional ideation sessions that bring together creative, performance and commercial perspectives.

Maintain clear project plans, milestones and status updates, proactively managing dependencies, risks and actions.

Provide creative direction across campaign development, partnering with Studio and Content teams to ensure high-quality output.

Act as a day-to-day brand custodian, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Identify and deliver strategic partnerships, collaborations and co-branded campaigns that drive awareness, audience growth and commercial impact.

Support creator, influencer and partner initiatives that align with broader brand and growth objectives.

Coordinate the delivery of events, launches and brand activations, including Luxury Escapes Live.

Act as the central point of coordination across marketing, aligning stakeholders, tracking delivery and escalating decisions or blockers when required.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:

Proven experience in brand marketing, leading integrated B2C campaigns from ideation through to deployment and delivery.

Experience coordinating campaigns, events, brand activations and photoshoots, managing multiple moving parts and stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritise effectively and keep delivery on track.

Strong creative judgement and the confidence to influence creative direction, brief internal Studio teams and challenge work when it does not meet the brief.

A hands-on approach to campaign delivery, with the flexibility to move between strategic planning, campaign development and practical execution, including supporting shoots and managing physical campaign requirements.

Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate risks, solve problems and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring creative, performance, commercial, CRM and other teams together.

A genuine passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, with an understanding of how to build brands that resonate with consumers.

A commercially minded approach, with the ability to connect brand activity to customer growth, audience engagement and business outcomes.

Confidence using campaign reporting, customer insights and market trends to inform decisions and improve future activity.
