About the Opportunity

The Reception / Receiving Clerk (Full-Time Permanent) – Eagle Farm is responsible for delivering professional front-of-house customer service while ensuring the accurate receipt, processing, and administration of inbound stock and deliveries. Based at our Eagle Farm location, this role serves as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors, while supporting the efficient operation of receiving, administration, and checkout functions within the business.

In this Role

Greet and assist customers, suppliers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring quantities and documentation are accurate.
Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, damaged stock, and supplier issues.
Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and administrative records within company systems.
Liaise with warehouse, sales, and supplier teams to ensure timely stock availability.
Assist on checkout registers during peak periods and when operationally required.
Conduct checkout cash-ups and reconciliation for checkout operators at the end of each shift.
Learn and support End of Day (EOD) procedures to ensure accurate balancing and reporting.
Develop capability in payroll administration and provide support as required.
Maintain filing systems and receiving documentation in accordance with company requirements.
Support stock control, compliance, and general administration activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised reception and receiving area.
