About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Events Coordinator to help bring to life a broad range of events that make a genuine impact. From conferences and expos to community events and our annual Charity Golf Day, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences that connect people, strengthen relationships and support our purpose.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in West Footscray. Regular interstate travel is a requirement of this role.

What you will be doing

Coordinate the planning and delivery of a broad range of events including education days, conferences, expos, fundraising and internal events.
Manage event logistics from end to end, including venues, registrations, catering, accommodation, accessibility requirements, AV and onsite delivery.
Build strong relationships with speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
Manage event administration through EventsAir, including registrations, communications, surveys and reporting.
Monitor event budgets, process invoices and coordinate event merchandise, promotional materials and sponsorship deliverables.
Identify opportunities to enhance attendee experiences and continuously improve event delivery.

What we are looking for

You are a proactive and detail-oriented events professional who enjoys taking ownership and delivering memorable experiences.
You will bring:

Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or event management.
Experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
Experience using an event management platform such as EventsAir or similar.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using digital systems.
A customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
