Position Summary

Position title: Sales Manager

Reports to: Area Manager

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Uphold the company’s mission, values, and vision to serve our clients;
Demonstrated ability to perform, monitor, report, and analysis as set in KPIs;
Ability to prospect, appraise, list, and sell property;
Ability to plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;
Customer Database Management Ability;
Participate in all scheduled team, network, and extraordinary meetings;
Assisting with the sales campaign process from start to finish

About You

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Manager must have:

Can do and open to learning attitude;
A great sense of humour;
A strong performer in a team environment, the presentation has well-proven organizational skills;
Tenacious and hungry attitude with a drive to succeed in sales
Sound knowledge of the Industry’s acts, legislations, and compliances;

Position Requirements

Minimum Agent Representative Certificate;
1 Year minimum experience;
Current Police Check Record;
Driving Licence and reliable vehicle;
