About the Role
This is a junior-level, entry-level opportunity within Procurement. While previous procurement experience is desirable, it is not essential. We are looking for a highly organised administrator with strong coordination skills and, ideally, some exposure to procurement, purchasing, or accounts payable processes.
In this permanent full-time role, you will provide critical administrative support across procurement activities, fleet record management, and workshop operations. You will help ensure that vehicle, parts, and compliance-related processes are accurately maintained, well-coordinated, and completed within required timeframes, contributing to the efficient day-to-day operation of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate procurement from requisition through to purchase order, receipt and close-out.
Obtain quotes, confirm supplier acceptance and follow up lead times for parts and services.
Maintain accurate fleet, compliance, purchasing and maintenance records across business systems.
Expedite critical parts and services while keeping stakeholders informed of delays and timeframes.
Support invoice, credit note and purchasing documentation queries with suppliers and accounts payable.
Assist with workshop administration, contractor bookings, asset movements and month-end reconciliations.
About You
You will be a proactive and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working in a busy operational environment and building positive relationships with workshop teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Experience in administration within fleet, workshop, maintenance, transport, procurement or a similar environment.

Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.

Ability to manage competing priorities, follow up suppliers and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

A practical, proactive approach with sound problem-solving skills and initiative.

A valid Heavy Rigid Western Australian driver’s licence is preferred; forklift or high risk licence is desirable.
