Description:
MUJI Store Support Service is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Public Relations Division! In this role, you will support all stores by developing high-impact imagery and signage, assisting with promotional marketing campaigns, and upholding global brand standards across the Australian market. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assist with creating new signages, tools and POPs for all our store and office locations
Assist with designing and creating imagery for digital media, including social media and web-based platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver content that meets business objectives, internal requirements, and our parent company's guidelines
Create drafts, and review and deliver final layouts and graphics that align with project briefs and visual standards
Stay updated on emerging design software, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and creativity

Skills and Experiences:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail environment, with graphic design experience is preferred
A strong portfolio of graphic designs, and familiarity with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with MAC and Windows operating system
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Highly organised and self-motivated, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with a methodical, process-driven approach
