Description:
MUJI Store Support Service is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Public Relations Division! In this role, you will support all stores by developing high-impact imagery and signage, assisting with promotional marketing campaigns, and upholding global brand standards across the Australian market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assist with creating new signages, tools and POPs for all our store and office locations
- Assist with designing and creating imagery for digital media, including social media and web-based platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver content that meets business objectives, internal requirements, and our parent company's guidelines
- Create drafts, and review and deliver final layouts and graphics that align with project briefs and visual standards
- Stay updated on emerging design software, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and creativity

Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail environment, with graphic design experience is preferred
- A strong portfolio of graphic designs, and familiarity with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with MAC and Windows operating system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with a methodical, process-driven approach
