Kinder Caring is seeking experienced independent Care Workers for immediate work opportunities in Sydney's Northern Beaches

As an independent Care Worker, you will have access to the Kinder Caring App which connects you to clients in your local area, and provides you with the flexibility to determine your own charge rates, when you work and who you work with. You will also have access to support from a dedicated support team of Case Managers, Service Coordinators and Clinical Managers.

We remain an organisation that is strongly focussed on client needs, development of our staff and continuously improving our service. We are currently operating with local teams in all metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast and the Newcastle/Hunter region.

Requirements for the role:

Hold an ABN or a willingness to obtain one
2+ years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role
Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support or equivalent OR studying towards a nursing qualification
Current CPR, First Aid, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, COVID vaccination
Australian working rights
Access to a reliable and fully insured vehicle and a smartphone
Two relevant work references
