We're looking for a motivated Commis Chef with a passion for Japanese cuisine to join our high-energy, award-winning team. If you've got a "team-first" attitude, an eye for detail, and the drive to grow with Australia's leading designer hotel brand, we'd love to hear from you!
Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience as a commis chef working in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
- Experience working in a Japanese restaurant and on different sections of the kitchen is ideal, but we can train you.
- Passion for cooking good food and working breakfast or dinner shifts.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
- Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
