Full Job Description

About the role:

A full-time and ongoing role within our Business Advisory Services division, supporting the BAS and tax teams with high-volume administrative and client service work.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of compliance processes, maintaining accurate client data, and supporting the team through both day-to-day operations and backlog reduction initiatives.

You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, gaining exposure to a wide range of client work while contributing to meaningful improvements in team efficiency and workflow management.

Your role:

As an Administration & Client Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of core administrative and compliance functions across the firm.

Your responsibilities will include:

End-to-end PAYG and ATO administration, including correspondence, payment plans, and Division 293 matters
Coordination of individual tax return requests and client documentation delivery
Workflow and deadline management across FuseSign and XPM
Processing of actuarial certificates, disbursements, and unit trust administration (BGL)
Entity set-ups and ongoing system administration (companies, trusts, Xero, MYOB)
Maintenance of practice management records, disbursement jobs, and document filing
General administrative and reception overflow support

About you:

Previous experience in an accounting or professional services environment (preferred)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage high-volume, process-driven work
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with systems such as XPM, FYI, BGL, Xero, or MYOB (advantageous)
A proactive approach and willingness to support team outcomes
