The Opportunity on Offer
As our Administration Officer, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our aged care community. Working closely with residents, families and the leadership team, you will ensure administrative processes run smoothly while helping create an exceptional experience for those who call Aeralife Northpoint home.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm , offering stability, consistency and an excellent work-life balance with no weekend shifts required.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Create a warm, welcoming and professional experience for residents, families, visitors and contractors.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing timely and professional support both in person and over the phone.
- Support resident admissions, onboarding and departures while ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes and other administrative documents as required.
- Process payments, receipting and other financial administration activities with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with stock control, asset registers and administrative reporting.
- Coordinate routine office activities and support operational processes across the home.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture aligned with our values.
About You
You are an experienced administrator who enjoys supporting people and delivering exceptional customer service. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy working in a caring, community-focused environment and are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of older people and their families.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Bring:
- Previous experience in an administration, reception or customer service role.
- Experience within aged care, healthcare or a highly regulated environment will be highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic administration systems.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- The ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues and external stakeholders.
- An understanding of confidentiality, professionalism and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current COVID-19 vaccinations (highly recommended).
- Full Australian working rights.
