About the Role

Lucretia is seeking a commercially minded and analytical Marketing Specialist to support the development and growth of the business through strategic marketing planning, market research, campaign development and performance analysis.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and providing recommendations on the development, coordination and implementation of marketing strategies for Lucretia’s products and services. The role will work closely with management and relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, support customer acquisition and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research potential market demand, customer needs, consumer behaviour, competitor activity and market characteristics for new and existing products and services.
Collect, interpret and analyse market, customer, competitor and campaign data to identify market trends, opportunities and areas for business growth.
Conduct and coordinate market research to identify new customer segments, emerging market opportunities and opportunities to improve the positioning of existing products and services.
Develop, implement and evaluate marketing objectives, strategies, policies and programs that support Lucretia’s broader commercial and business growth objectives.
Provide recommendations to management on marketing strategy, including product and service positioning, target markets, pricing, promotional activities, customer acquisition and distribution channels.
Develop integrated marketing plans and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, generate qualified customer demand and support sales objectives.
Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across appropriate channels, working with internal stakeholders, external agencies, designers, media partners and other suppliers as required.
Analyse customer and market data to develop evidence-based marketing strategies and recommendations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant commercial and marketing metrics, and prepare regular reports and insights for management.
Analyse digital marketing performance across relevant platforms and use findings to optimise campaign effectiveness, audience targeting and customer acquisition.
Develop recommendations for digital marketing activities including search engine optimisation (SEO), paid digital advertising, social media marketing, website content and associated analytics.
Assist in developing pricing and promotional strategies by considering market conditions, customer behaviour, competitor positioning and commercial objectives.
Develop campaign concepts, promotional initiatives and marketing communications that clearly communicate the value and positioning of Lucretia’s products and services.
Coordinate the development of marketing materials and content across digital and traditional channels while maintaining consistent brand positioning and messaging.
Liaise with external marketing vendors, agencies and service providers to ensure marketing activities are delivered within agreed objectives, timelines and budgets.
Track marketing expenditure and campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and return on investment.
Work collaboratively with management and relevant teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives, customer requirements and market opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Communications, Public Relations, or another closely related discipline.
Relevant professional experience in marketing, preferably in a role involving market research, marketing strategy, campaign planning and commercial analysis.
Demonstrated ability to conduct market and competitor research and translate findings into practical marketing recommendations.
Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, plans and campaigns.
Strong understanding of the marketing mix, including product/service positioning, pricing, promotion, customer acquisition and distribution channels.
Experience analysing marketing and customer data and preparing reports, insights and recommendations for management.
Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, social media, website marketing and digital analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate marketing recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organisational and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
