About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer (CSO) within our Workforce Australia program, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and face-to-face.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you will:

Provide professional front-desk and telephone support
Accurately triage and refer enquiries to the appropriate staff or program
Complete data entry, record keeping and general administration
Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and quality standards
Support site staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive team culture
You’ll play a key role in ensuring participants feel welcomed, respected and supported from their very first interaction.

About You

You are customer-focused, organised and calm under pressure. You enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and take pride in delivering accurate, timely work.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent administrative accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Sound judgement and the ability to escalate issues appropriately
A proactive, team-oriented approach
Experience in employment services, community services or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
