REQUIREMENTS for the Position
Responsibilities:
- Close Deals and earn extremely generous commissions. $$$
- Make Calls using SalesForce Dialer to speak to Photographers
- Setup Zoom Calls with Clients and Enroll them on One-Call Closes
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quota
- Prioritize and target customers and prospects by the potential for revenues/profits, cost to sell and service, and the probability of success
- Be an expert in all of our Elite Photographic Experiences & Services. Continually upgrade product knowledge and acquire enhanced selling skills
- Incorporate Grant Cardone Closing Strategies and Learned through out Elite Sales Training Program to
- Stay aware of the competition, and Make Sure our Clients Understand How Much Higher Quality our Elite Photographic Experiences are above all others in the World
- Work collaboratively with other employees in sales, marketing, and customer service departments
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 4 Year College Education
- Computer skills required: Basic SalesForce Knowledge
- Proven track record of sales success
- Ability to thrive in a short sales cycle
- Drive to make 100+ calls per day
- Setup at least 3 Zoom calls per day
- Brand Ambassador mentality
- Self-starter
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Impeccable customer service skills - empathy & integrity are a must!

You will be speaking with current and future clients to help them hit their bucket list of dream destinations they have always wanted to discover and photograph. You will be our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the growth of our customer's dream job.
You will primarily be selling our high intensive $30,000 AUD elite 5 day fashion, lifestyle, swim & beauty photography workshops that we have been directing and selling successfully for 13 years in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, New York, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, San Diego, Las Vegas, Washington DC, Atlanta, Newport Beach and Miami Beach and $35,000 Photographic Workshop Experiences at our 49 Room Palace in France owned by our CEO & Director.
In addition to our high end American Photographic Workshops, we also offer $30,000 AUD to $48,000 AUD Elite Fashion Travel Photographic Experience to a 49 Room, 13th Century 40,000 Square Foot Castle in France!!! The prospective students will have the opportunity to photograph and film from an aerial drone with Super Models from Paris and Milan and have a 6 day Ultra Luxury Stay at the Castle owned by our Director Kevin Michael along with a Michelin Star Chef and Masseuse on Premise!!
You will be selling to emerging & professional photographers and hobbyists who want to see the world and photograph beautiful pictures with super models. Most of our clients have a very high net worth, so you must be polished, articulate and professional.
Ability to close a $30,000 to $48,000 sale in a single interaction. You will be trained to close your ideal prospects on the first Zoom Call with a 30% closing ratio (our best sales professionals achieve 60% closing ratios on Zoom Calls). We provide you with the best qualified leads, call scripts, and exceptional product and sales training to make you an even better sales person and closer than perhaps even you thought you could be.
The Luxury Photographic Workshop Experiences sell themselves as our clients are raving fans: OUR COMPANY HAS A 95% RE-ENROLLMENT RATE!!! Our current customers enroll in anywhere from 2 to 11 of these $30,000 photographic experiences because they have such an incredible experience and buy time after time. Your job is to cultivate relationships with these customers and register them in upcoming photographic experiences.
You must be a transactional salesperson – in other words, a CLOSER. You must enjoy the close and be extremely effective at it.
Call targeted leads to engage customers personally with the goal of getting them to attend one of our workshops. Overcome any put-offs, isolate to the true objection, and then overcome that objection to make the sale.
Understand who the customer is, why they are interested in taking the career to the next level and their intent and timeline to purchase.
Educate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based on their interests and agenda.
Create a detailed Customer Profile for every lead in SalesForce. Update all details and interactions with the customers in Salesforce and call using a SalesForce Dialer as well as using Zoom to personally connect with customers face to face virtually.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline for ongoing follow-up with individuals who exhibit purchase intent and potential to be hot customers who want to purchase multiple products.
