Full Job Description

We are seeking an organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of a busy rendering business.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily office operations and coordinating administrative activities.
Liaising with builders, clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site supervisors.
Reviewing and interpreting construction scopes, work orders and subcontractor requirements.
Coordinating rendering and construction projects from scheduling through to completion.
Preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders and payment claims.
Managing accounts receivable/payable and following up outstanding payments.
Maintaining accurate job records, contracts, documentation and project files.
Monitoring project progress, costs, budgets and variations.
Attending and coordinating weekly meetings with builders, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders.
Resolving site, scheduling, material and workmanship issues in consultation with builders and subcontractors.
Communicating with suppliers and manufacturers regarding products, technical issues and material requirements.
Assisting with quality control and ensuring works are completed in accordance with project specifications and relevant requirements.
Supporting management with business administration, client relationships and day-to-day decision-making.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met.

The role requires strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME HEAVY LIFTING (NO MORE THAN 20 kg) MAY BE REQUIRED.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
