Ridgeway Group’s Little Truffle is currently searching for a experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. We are a Modern Australian restaurant with a European influence, offering a high end dining experience. We currently hold 2 hats awarded by the AGFG.

Casual or full time available

An industry leader in the Restaurant and Catering industry, Ridgeway Group have set the bar for both beautiful venues with tantalising food & drink menus. Our group includes Little Truffle in Mermaid Beach, Madame V in Palm Beach, Ridgeway Catering & Kwila Lodge.

About You

We will provide you with competitive remuneration, a fun and rewarding environment, as well as discounts to all of our restaurants.

We have a salary & casual roles available.

In this role you will create memorable experiences for our guests through:

Execution of preparation of recipes to the highest standards for the section and others when necessary
Ensuring a consistent high quality in the preparation and presentation of all kitchen products showing variety and flair in all food items within the cost margins specified
Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef with menu preparation and ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected service.
Liaison with Restaurant colleagues regarding the availability of menu items, additions to the menu and any relevant changes.

If our role interests you and you are able to demonstrate the following:

Previous experience in a similar role and environment.
Trade qualifications in commercial cookery.
At least 2 years experience in a similar role & style of kitchen.
Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles.
Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards.
Genuine commitment to guest service, attention to detail and passionate about the industry
