About your role

As the Corporate Services Workforce Officer, you'll provide dedicated workforce and recruitment support to senior managers across Bayside Health's Corporate Services portfolio.

In this role you will:
Coordinate recruitment and establishment activities across Corporate Services.
Partner with managers, candidates and Metro South recruitment teams.
Provide guidance on recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
Coordinate commencement activities and mandatory training requirements.
Monitor recruitment timeframes, vacancies and workforce compliance.
Prepare monthly dashboards and KPI reports for senior managers.
Maintain accurate workforce records, databases and reporting systems.
Support timely processing of payroll and HR documentation.
Provide data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in selection processes and provide scribing support.

About you

You're an organised, proactive and people-focused workforce professional who enjoys helping managers navigate HR processes and ensuring things run smoothly.

You'll bring:
Knowledge and experience of recruitment processes and frameworks.
Strong workforce or human resources administration experience.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
Confidence providing advice and support to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency using technology to produce reports and dashboards.
Ability to analyse workforce data and identify improvements.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Strong integrity, professionalism and commitment to quality.
