Join Our Team as a Full-Time Marine Mechanic/Boat Fitter!

Are you passionate about the marine industry? Do you have hands-on experience working with boats and marine engines? We’re looking for a skilled Marine Mechanic/Boat Fitter to join our team at a leading marine dealership. If you thrive in a dynamic, hands-on role and love working with cutting-edge technology, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

Full-Time Position (Monday to Friday)
Indoor/Undercover Workspace – work on brand new boats in a comfortable and secure environment.
Great Perks: Paid annual leave and superannuation!

Key Responsibilities:

Fitting brand new outboard motors and state-of-the-art marine electronics
Pre-delivering new engines, including conducting water testing and ensuring optimal performance
Providing top-tier service to ensure every boat meets the highest standards before delivery

Required Experience:

Marine industry experience OR related field with a proven history of working on boats
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Boat, car, and forklift licenses are a bonus, but not mandatory.
