The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Learning & Development Manager to join our Workers’ Compensation team. In this role, you'll develop and deliver customer education programs that build capability, strengthen relationships, and support better claims and risk management outcomes. Working closely with customers, brokers, claims teams, risk specialists, and subject matter experts, you'll connect customers with valuable insights, training, and services that help them get the most from their partnership with QBE.

Your new role
Design and deliver customer education and engagement programs, including workshops, webinars, and events.
Develop content focused on legislative changes, claims trends, and emerging industry issues to build customer capability.
Create targeted communications that drive awareness, participation, and engagement across education and training initiatives.
Partner with Client Relationship Management, Risk Solutions, Claims, and Broker teams to connect customers with value-added services and specialist expertise.
Support broker engagement through market insights, business updates, and learning opportunities.
Identify and deliver initiatives that improve customer outcomes, increase adoption of QBE services, and strengthen customer and broker advocacy.
About you
Experience designing and delivering customer education and engagement programs, with a background in customer relationship management, business development, or other customer-facing roles.
Experience in workers' compensation, insurance, risk, claims, or financial services will be highly regarded.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across customers, brokers, and internal teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or events.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes and creating meaningful engagement experiences.
