About the role

We’re looking for Trainee MMU Operator to join our Kurri Kurri Quarry Services Team, supporting operations at Murrawombie Mine on a 7/7 roster.

This role is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including transport, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, and heavy industry. Full training will be provided to safely operate our Mobile Manufacturing Unit (MMU) trucks and deliver bulk explosives at customer sites.

We welcome applications from candidates based in Dubbo, Parkes and surrounding Central West NSW regions, as well as those based in the Hunter Valley/Kurri Kurri area who are willing to travel for rostered work.

What you will be doing

Live our core value: “Safety is our priority, Always”;
Operate MMU trucks and other plant machinery;
Assist with basic maintenance and equipment checks;
Support the safe delivery of explosives into blast holes;
Work closely with your team to deliver safe and reliable service to customer.
What you will bring

Experience working in hands-on, outdoor, or physically demanding roles;
Ability to work well in a team environment;
Willingness to learn new skills and follow training;
Basic mechanical awareness (advantageous);
Good communication and reliability.

Requirements

Current HR Driver’s Licence
Ability to obtain SafeWork NSW Security Clearance;
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
