Right at Home Sydney, The Hills have several opportunities available in WESTERN SYDNEY for Community Support Workers within our rapidly growing home care organization.

We have clients needing care workers in Western Sydney areas such as: BLACKTOWN, WINDSOR, PITT TOWN, RIVERSTONE, MARSDEN PARK, ST MARYS, RICHMOND, MT DRUITT, Galston, Glenorie but not limited to.

We are seeking workers with an aged care, disability background. We are now interviewing for clients in Western Sydney and Hawkesbury regions.

Right at Home provides various in-home care services (to eligible clients) including, but not limited to, personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparations, social support, transport, respite care and community access.

Right at Home Sydney, The Hills has established an extensive client base developed through our ability to cater for all clients, our ability to provide an individualized approach to in-home care, and also through our reputation.

We offer services from Monday - Sunday anytime making us lead a 24/7 Service Provider. As such - these positions are best suited to candidates with flexible availability.

The Personal Care Worker position involves showering clients, dressing, domestic assistance, social support, client transport and meal preparation shifts.

**Shift hours will vary depending on your availability**

We are looking for experienced care workers that have:

Ability to provide personal care/domestic care, transportation to shopping and Doctors appointment.
A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
High level of time management and organizational ability.
Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
Experience in looking after elderly people.

Qualification

First aid/ CPR certification.
MUST have a Certificate 3 or 4 in aged, disability or homecare.

Preferred skills

Essential Requirements:

Satisfactory Australian National Police check within the last 6 months.
Valid Working with Children Check.
Current first aid and CPR certificate.
Smartphone.
Australian Driver’s license and own car with comprehensive insurance.
