Lead a quality institutional retail portfolio for one of Australia's most respected fund managers
Based in the Perth CBD, with accountability for assets across Perth's northern suburbs

CBRE manages this retail portfolio on behalf of IFM Investors, and we're looking for a Centre Manager to lead commercial performance across a multi-site portfolio in Perth's north. Based in the CBD, you'll own the full P&L, drive leasing outcomes, manage retailer and owner relationships, and work alongside a Retail Manager and Facilities Manager who each take accountability for their respective disciplines.
Perfect for an experienced Centre Manager who wants a high-ownership role with a premium client and a strong supporting team.

In this role, you will:
Own centre strategy, budget and financial performance, including income targets, operating costs and capital works planning
Lead leasing activity across the portfolio, including negotiations, renewals and vacancy management
Build and maintain strong relationships with IFM Investors, reporting regularly on portfolio performance and strategic priorities
Manage and develop your Retail Manager, and work closely with the Facilities Manager on operational outcomes
Engage with retailers, local councils, community groups and key stakeholders as the primary point of contact for the portfolio
About You You're an experienced retail property professional with a track record of delivering strong commercial results in a multi-site environment. You're comfortable with full P&L accountability, confident in front of institutional clients, and a natural at leading a team.
Proven experience as a Centre Manager or equivalent in retail property
Strong leasing and financial management skills, with experience managing budgets and owner reporting
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to institutional clients
Demonstrated experience leading or developing team members
A WA Real Estate licence, or willingness to obtain one
