Full Job Description

Overview

We are a fast-growing startup marketing agency seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our team. This role involves assisting with the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. As a key part of a growing startup, you will help increase brand awareness and lead generation for our clients while gaining broad exposure to various marketing activities and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Support pay-per-click (PPC) campaign management across Google Ads and social media platforms.
Coordinate Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising efforts to align with broader marketing strategies.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Manage marketing schedules, project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Assist in budget tracking and campaign bid management to maximize marketing efficiency.
Stay updated on marketing trends and assist in testing new tactics or tools to improve campaign outcomes.
Support day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate communications between teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience supporting or managing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, Google Ads, and Meta advertising.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects.
Analytical mindset with basic skills in interpreting marketing data and reporting insights.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
