Designed for effortless living, Ovolo Nishi features 85 guest rooms, Eco-Living by Ovolo Apartments, a library, restaurant, and bar, a state-of-the-art gym, gallery, meeting rooms, and events spaces.

The Gig

We are on the lookout for our next Wonder Maker, aka Guest Service Agent to join our fun and exciting team. As our GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests when entering any of our hotels. You will be their first impression of the hotel and brand and we want it to be a lasting impression! We are looking Full-time role which will be under HIGA award and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Greeting guests as they enter the hotel
Checking in & out guests
Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
Promote the hotel and all it has to offer!
Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
Attending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email and website
Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations

About you

You will have a strong passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences, along with at least three years of experience in a similar role or customer service position. We want you to be the reason guests return to our hotel and tell everyone how amazing their stay was!

Previous front office experience is preferred; however, if you have a bubbly personality and the right attitude, we would love to hear from you!
