AI GTM Engineer
We’re hiring an AI GTM Engineer to design, build and operate the AI layer of our sales engine, a fleet of AI agents that engage signups and leads across email, SMS and LinkedIn, with voice on the roadmap as the technology matures. Sitting within Revenue Operations & Systems and reporting to the Head of RevOps & Systems, this is a senior individual contributor role with a dual mandate: build the agents, workflows and integrations, and own the strategy for how AI reshapes our sales motion across every team in the revenue org, from outbound business development to inbound Activations. You’ll work from a prioritised set of use cases already validated with our sales teams, backed by a 10-person Salesforce platform team, so you can focus on the AI layer rather than platform administration.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate AI agents that manage lower-tier prospects and inbound signups end to end across email, SMS and LinkedIn, owning qualification, nurture and handoff logic so prospects reach humans at the right moment with full context.
- Build on our stack — Claude, Salesforce (including Agentforce), Clay, Smartlead, Oliv.ai, Aircall and Salesforce Marketing Cloud — plus other LLM APIs where they’re the better tool, and run the agents as a production system: monitoring, evaluation, iteration and incident response.
- Run structured experiments across channels, messaging and handoff points, feeding learnings back into the roadmap, and ensure agents write clean, consistent activity and outcome data into Salesforce.
- Own the AI sales roadmap, sequencing delivery of validated use cases including AI sales assistant capability, conversation intelligence, post-call coaching and next best action, and define the human-AI operating model with sales leaders.
- Own guardrails for AI-generated outreach — Spam Act obligations, opt-out handling, LinkedIn terms of service and brand voice — and build QA and evaluation processes so communications are reviewed, measured and safe at scale.
- Partner with the Revenue Enablement Manager to train sales teams on working alongside AI agents, document agent behaviour and escalation paths in Confluence, and evangelise what’s working across the revenue org.
About You
- Proven experience shipping AI-driven sales or GTM systems into production — not proofs of concept — such as AI SDRs, outbound orchestration or lead lifecycle automation.
- Hands-on LLM depth: prompt design, evaluation and building against APIs such as Claude or OpenAI.
- Strong Salesforce fluency — you understand objects, flows and data models and can design around a Salesforce-centric revenue stack; Agentforce experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with modern outbound tooling such as Clay or Smartlead, sound judgement on where AI should stop and humans should take over, and clear, structured communication for presenting AI strategy to senior leadership.
- Revenue Operations, fintech or payments experience is highly advantageous, along with the confidence to hold the line on quality, compliance and brand safety at volume.
We know not everyone will meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If you’re excited about the role and believe you can make an impact, we’re keen to hear from you.
