We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our large HR function. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will

Support business goals by providing administrative support to the HR team
Prepare and review HR documentation including contracts, and various letters such as terminations and change of conditions
Maintain and update distribution and site lists to reflect organisational changes
Support compliance and employment regulations by managing documentation audits
Respond to HR related queries from internal stakeholders
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the HR function

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role, preferably in a large scale, logistics or blue-collar environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
