You will:

- Assist with event and incident planning, response and operational activities when required.
This is a permanent full time position offering hybrid working options from our Parramatta office. About you
You are an experienced traffic or engineering professional with a strong understanding of road network operations, traffic signal systems and/or network performance principles. You bring demonstrated experience working within complex operational environments and are motivated by the opportunity to improve outcomes for road users and communities across NSW.
You are naturally analytical and enjoy investigating issues, interpreting information and identifying practical solutions. You thrive in environments where priorities can shift, bringing a proactive mindset, sound judgement and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and build credibility through your collaborative approach.
You are comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders and value building productive relationships that support successful outcomes. You enjoy contributing to a positive team culture, sharing knowledge and working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
