Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the coordination and delivery of Nokia/TPG/Optus and Telstra infrastructure projects from commencement through to completion.
2. Work with Project Managers to address challenges in planning, scheduling and monitoring of project activities.
3. Identify project risks, escalate issues promptly and assist in implementing corrective actions.
4. Answering questions and resolving issues pertaining to projects, initiatives, services rendered, and individuals impacted.
5. Establishing, assessing, and negotiating changes to initiatives, services, and programs
6. Coordinate activities between Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Clients, subcontractors and telecommunications field crews to ensure project objectives are achieved
7. Oversee contractor performance by monitoring work progress, ensuring works are completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and contractual obligations.
8. Review, assess, prepare, maintain and manage project documentation including permits, client documentation and project records, relating to project variations or service impacts.
9. Monitor project milestones, deliverables and deadlines to ensure contractual obligations are achieved.
10. Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, local authorities and internal stakeholders to clarify project needs, resolve concerns, and maintain alignment on deliverables.
11. Ensure site access, permits, inductions, traffic management documentation and other project compliance requirements are completed correctly.
12. Maintain and analyse project schedules, resource allocation and workforce planning data to identify trends, constraints and opportunities for improvement.
13. Prepare and review progress reports, project status updates, meeting minutes and management reports highlighting variations, risks and outcomes for management consideration.
14. Evaluate project documentation and processes to ensure compliance with company procedures, client specifications and relevant Australian telecommunications standards.
15. Support and monitor quality assurance processes, document control and project close-out activities.
16. Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and project databases.
17. Assist Project Managers and senior management by providing insights and implementing actions arising from management decisions.
Pay: $79,500.00 – $85,000.00 per year
