Principal Business Analyst
Location – Parramatta
Employment type – Temporary Full-Time, hybrid working, 35 hours per week
Grade – Clerk Grade 11/12
Salary – $154,231 pa - $178,369 pa plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role
As a Principal Business Analyst (Integration & Pega) you’ll undertake complex Integration Analysis and Pega Business Analysis activities that are critical to the successful delivery of 2 major ICT transformation programs delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
Working with senior stakeholders in a collaborative and high-performing environment, you'll influence strategic decisions, solve complex challenges, and contribute to large-scale initiatives. What you’ll do:
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transformation initiatives and contribute to the delivery of innovative technology solutions.
Lead integration analysis activities, including interface definition, API requirements, data mapping, and cross-platform solution design support.
Provide specialist Pega leadership, including solution requirements and assurance, delivery oversight, capability uplift, and transition-to-support activities for Pega-based solutions.
Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to define requirements and drive project outcomes.
Analyse and document business processes, system integrations, and future-state solutions.
Perform data and interface mapping and provide insights using SQL and advanced Excel.
Support end-to-end project delivery, including solution design, testing, documentation, and risk management.
What we’re looking for:
We're looking for a motivated and accomplished professional who can confidently lead analysis activities within complex technology and transformation programs.
Extensive Principal Business Analyst experience in complex technology environments, including Enterprise integration grade platforms, Pega platforms, and requirements management.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in process modelling, data mapping, solution analysis, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and present complex data.
Proven end-to-end project delivery experience, including testing, documentation, governance, and managing competing priorities.
