Leading Hand MPU Operators
Site Supervisors

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new operation from the beginning and play a key role in establishing a strong safety culture, operational excellence, and customer partnership.

Whether you're a skilled MPU Operator looking for your next challenge, an experienced Leading Hand ready to take ownership of day-to-day coordination, or a Supervisor passionate about leading crews and driving performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Ideally, You Will Have

MPU Operators

Experience operating Mobile Processing Units
Dangerous Goods licence (or willingness to obtain)
Current HR licence highly regarded
Experience within mining, blasting, explosives, or heavy industry
Strong safety focus and commitment to Zero Harm

Leading Hands

Demonstrated MPU operating experience
Experience coordinating crews and supporting site leadership
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to step into supervisory responsibilities when required

Supervisors

Proven experience leading operational mining or blasting teams
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Track record of driving safety, compliance, and operational performance
Experience managing customer relationships and site requirements
