Your Role

We are seeking a Senior MuleSoft Platform Engineer to join our team and lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role has a strong focus on Runtime Fabric, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud (hyperscaler) environments.

You will be responsible for shaping a secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade integration platform, acting as the technical authority for MuleSoft platform engineering. This includes driving architecture decisions, defining platform standards, and ensuring operational excellence across the integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, implementation, and governance of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Design, deploy, and manage Runtime Fabric (RTF) across multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
Define and enforce platform standards, security controls, and integration best practices.
Own and guide cloud infrastructure design, particularly within AWS (VPCs, IAM, EKS, load balancing, etc.).
Architect and troubleshoot complex networking patterns, including hybrid and cloud-native connectivity.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting platform best practices and capability uplift.
Oversee platform operations, including monitoring, incident management, optimisation, and continuous improvement.

About You

Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform in enterprise-scale environments.
Proven track record leading the deployment and operation of Runtime Fabric at scale.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container-based platforms.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or other hyperscalers).
Advanced knowledge of networking across cloud and hybrid environments.
Demonstrated technical leadership, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Relevant MuleSoft certifications (MCIA, MCPA).
Relevant AWS/Azure Certifications.
Relevant Kubernetes Certifications (CKA, CKD).
Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and integration patterns.
Experience in large-scale, regulated, or multi-environment enterprise platforms.
